Mr. Goldstein is a member in good standing of the Florida bar. 

Mr. Goldstein's law practice concentrates primarily on family law matters, such as: divorce; child custody; and child support issues.

Prior to becoming an attorney in 1993, Mr. Goldstein was an insurance adjuster for Allstate Insurance Company, and the General Adjustment Bureau. Since establishing his own firm in January 2000, the majority of his cases have involved family law issues.

Mr. Goldstein views his role as an attorney to be that of his clients' advocate. He utilizes his legal education, and experience, to advise clients of their legal rights, and of viable legal strategies that are best designed to achieve his clients' goals.

Mr. Goldstein's desire is to achieve his clients' goals in the most cost effective manner that is reasonably practical under the given circumstances.

Wherever possible, especially with family law matters, attempts should be made to resolve legal conflicts amicably. A good attorney can be a strong asset when attempting to amicably resolve such issues. However, where the opposing party is unreasonable, a good attorney can also serve to force such issues to a favorable conclusion.
